Complimentary Consultations

Your initial consultation is completely complimentary. We believe that great results start with great conversations, and we want you to feel informed, comfortable, and confident before any treatment begins - no pressure, no obligation.

Securing Your Appointment

To reserve your appointment, a $50 booking deposit is required at the time of booking.

Here's how it works:

• If your treatment goes ahead - your deposit is applied as a credit toward the cost of your service.

• If your treatment does not go ahead following your consultation - your deposit is refunded in full. No questions asked.

• If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice - your deposit is refunded in full, or transferred to a future booking.

• If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice - your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

• If you do not show up for your appointment - your deposit is forfeited. No exceptions.

We completely understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies. All we ask is that you extend us the same courtesy by letting us know as early as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We hold appointment times exclusively for you, which means a late cancellation or no-show directly impacts our small, independent clinic. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

48+ hours notice - Full refund or free reschedule.

24-48 hours notice - Deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time (at our discretion).

Less than 24 hours notice - Deposit is forfeited.

No show - Deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to make any future booking.

Repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
